Adirondack Sportsman Dinner
Hey Posse. Just thinking about a recent trip to Schroon Lake, NY to attend the Adirondack Sportsman Dinner. Great food, great seminars, prizes and good people. This event is free (they will take donations to help offset the costs) and it goes most of the day. One of the seminars I took was on survival in the wilderness. Great instructors and information. I will be repacking my backpack this year. They also had a feature speaker. His name is Joey Hancock. He was one of the top ten turkey hunters in Alabama in 1991, has been a chaplain with Nascar's Busch Series, author and is a pro-staff member on many outdoor companies. This man was hilarious. He has a relationship with the Lord and he mixed this with his hunting escapades which had the crowd in stitches. He was a wonderful speaker. If you get a chance to hear him don't miss out. Overall it was a very good day. The posse wants to thank all the volunteers for all their hard work to make this happen. God bless.
